1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 55bmw1 ("55bmw1," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 55bmw1 online gaming platform accessible at 55bmw1.net and any associated mobile applications, software, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 55bmw1 Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 55bmw1. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 55bmw1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): 55bmw1 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card.
• Account Accuracy: You must ensure that the name registered on your 55bmw1 account matches the name on your payment method (e.g., your GCash or PayMaya account). Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or refusals.

55bmw1 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55bmw1 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 55bmw1 account balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• 55bmw1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 55bmw1 account.
• 55bmw1 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• 55bmw1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

5 Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all games available on the 55bmw1 Platform, including Demon Hunter, West Hunter Bingo, Zuma Dragon, Mines, Lucky Dice, Double Fortune, and Coin. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game interface.

• All game outcomes on 55bmw1 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Results are provably fair and independently verifiable using the seed verification system available within the Platform.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and the game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 55bmw1 will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.
• 55bmw1 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund of staked amounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

55bmw1 may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 55bmw1 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 55bmw1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly opted in.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bmw1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 55bmw1.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion, or promotional eligibility rules.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55bmw1 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bmw1 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, sound effects, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of 55bmw1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 55bmw1.
• Use the 55bmw1 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 55bmw1's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

55bmw1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

55bmw1 is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bmw1 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs that have been promptly corrected upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 55bmw1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

Termination by You: You may close your 55bmw1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Termination by 55bmw1: 55bmw1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination for breach, 55bmw1 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

55bmw1 operates in a manner consistent with the guidelines and framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming platforms serving Filipino players.

13 Changes to Terms

55bmw1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 55bmw1 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
